Tony Reyes and Blacklisted Artists all REQUIRE a $50.00 nonrefundable deposit for an in person consultation, which goes toward final payment of your tattoo. The $50.00 deposit is due upon booking this form via the payment button below. IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR DEPOSIT WITH THIS FORM, THEN TONY WILL NOT REACH OUT ABOUT YOUR TATTOO INQUIRY.

**There is a $500.00 minimum in order to work with Tony Reyes. And $200.00 per hour flat rate.**

After this form and payment are submitted, communication about your tattoo and consultation will be conducted over text messages and phone calls. 
 
**Please note: Due to overwhelming demand, Tony is unable to respond to all requests at this time. Tony will only respond to requests that fit his artistic style.

If your request is selected, you will receive a response typically within 1 week for scheduling of the in person consultation and tattoo.

**If you do not receive a response, then your request was not selected, and Tony will refund the initial $50.00 payment within the same 1-week timeline above. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
